We collect a limited amount of information, in two ways:
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this website, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen years of age.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry and correspond with you, to operate, maintain, and secure the website, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build advertising or behavioral profiles.
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking tools. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering those fonts. Because we do not track visitors across other websites or over time, there is no cross-site tracking to disable. The site does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals, because it does not perform the kind of tracking those signals are designed to limit.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use a small number of service providers that process information only to provide services to us: our website host, Netlify, which maintains the site and its server logs, and Google Fonts, which delivers typefaces. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the firm or others.
We keep inquiry and correspondence data only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship, and to meet legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Technical logs held by our hosting provider are retained in accordance with that provider's own practices.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the right to delete that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@benchrockadvisors.com. We will take steps to verify your request and will respond within forty-five days as required by law, with one extension where reasonably necessary. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of.
